Abstract
A transparent light-emitting component is provided to form an adaptive transparent light-emitting component by suppressing an auxiliary maximum vibration of stop bands. In a transparent light-emitting component, a stack portion(2) composed of a plurality of dielectric layers is arranged on a substrate(1). A bottom transparent electrode(3) is arranged on the stack portion(2). A top transparent electrode(4) is arranged on the bottom electrode(3). An organic region(5) is placed between the bottom transparent electrode(3) and the top transparent electrode(4). An encapsulation(6) is formed to extrude an environmental effect. The stack portion(2) is composed of dielectric layers made of at least two materials which is transparent in visible ray spectrum region and have different refractive indexes.

A transparent light-emitting component is provided to form an adaptive transparent light-emitting component by suppressing an auxiliary maximum vibration of stop bands. In a transparent light-emitting component, a stack portion(2) composed of a plurality of dielectric layers is arranged on a substrate(1). A bottom transparent electrode(3) is arranged on the stack portion(2). A top transparent electrode(4) is arranged on the bottom electrode(3). An organic region(5) is placed between the bottom transparent electrode(3) and the top transparent electrode(4). An encapsulation(6) is formed to extrude an environmental effect. The stack portion(2) is composed of dielectric layers made of at least two materials which is transparent in visible ray spectrum region and have different refractive indexes.
