Mikrovaskulärer Gewebetransfer nach ablativer Chirurgie in der Gynäkologie

Abstract
After ablative tumour surgery in gynaecology, the aim of plastic reconstructive procedures is good aesthetic results for replacement of the resected tissue. Microvascular anastomosed free tissue transfer allows for bridging of even extended defects. Besides the latissimus dorsi flap and the transverse rectus abdominis flap, perforator flaps such as the DIEP, the SIEA and the SGAP flap are increasingly important. The latter have very little donor-site morbidity, consisting of fat, cutaneous tissue, and subcutaneous tissue with the nutrifying vessel pedicle only. To optimise the treatment techniques in gynaecology as well as the indications for microvascular tissue transfer, interdisciplinary cooperation is recommended. The patients can thereby achieve optimal results in terms of aesthetics, function, and quality of life.
