The special issue of International Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications aims to create a focused forum on the theory of memristors, new solutions for memristor fabrication, neuromorphic systems, logic gates, and circuit and systems design. The topics of interest include memristor theory, modeling and simulation tools, functional materials and memory devices, analog and digital memristor-based circuits, systems and architectures, neuromorphic circuits and systems, in-memory computing, novel architectures with CMOS integration, memristor-based sensory platforms, nonlinear dynamics, chaos and complex networks, and applications exploiting memristor.
