Architecture photography as a highly proven use of photogrammetry is advantageous in renovation planning, etc., and also in documentation of buildings. The MPS 2 analytical plotter of Adams Technology gives effective mapping of facades in AutoCAD, unless the 6 × 6 cm picture size is a limitation. Subject to relatively plane facades and the use of digital cameras or scanners, however, digital distortion elimination is relatively rapid and highly effective.
