Abstract

Over the recent years, the rapid development and penetration of the new and powerful mobile device generation (e.g., smart phones and tablets) have unsurprisingly increased mobile data traffic to new heights, nearly doubling it each year. As reported by Cisco, the overall mobile data traffic will grow to 11.2 Exabyte per month by 2017 [1].
